Consistently doesnt work

I am constantly having to either close the app or delete it entirely and re-download it in order to play videos. Also, I paid for the early access feature, but the preview scrubbing feature is pretty flaky and stops working...until I delete the app and re-download it.

Lately, Ive been having connection issues and nothing has changed with my set up. Ive wasted money buying this app and the early access features. BUYER BEWARE
